International Team Builder
Add every hire you are planning, each with its own location, salary, currency and number of people, and see what the whole team costs an employer in one currency. The Global Hiring Planner answers a different question: it takes one hire and asks where to employ them. This tool takes a team you have already decided on and adds it up.
Employer cost only. These figures are what employing this team costs an employer, not what anyone takes home, and not a quote.

What the International Team Builder does
The International Team Builder models multiple planned hires across different countries and US states in one workforce scenario. Each hire is a row with its own location, annual base salary, salary currency and number of people.
Each row is calculated through the same canonical EOR Lens jurisdiction-cost engine used elsewhere on the site. Different salary currencies are converted into one display currency before team totals are aggregated, on a single exchange-rate snapshot shared by every row, so raw currencies are never added together.
The team total is statutory employer cost: base pay, mandatory additional pay, employer contributions and statutory employer funds. An unknown statutory cost is never treated as zero: it is named, kept out of the total, and the total is labelled a known subtotal instead of a complete team cost.
Provider charges are shown separately from statutory cost. The Team Builder checks which employer-of-record providers have verified coverage for every location in the team, then shows a single-provider strategy, where one provider covers the whole team, alongside a multi-provider strategy that may use a different provider in each location. An unpublished provider-specific charge may cause a result to be shown as a verified subtotal rather than a guaranteed final invoice. The lowest verified multi-provider combination is a cost result, not a claim that the strategy is operationally best, and cost is one decision factor among many.
What it can answer
- What several planned hires cost across several jurisdictions, in one currency.
- Total base payroll and total statutory employer cost for the whole team.
- How much of that cost sits in each location and each region.
- Which providers have verified coverage for every location in the team.
- The lowest verified single-provider cost for the team, where one exists.
- The lowest verified combination of providers across locations.
- Refundable deposit exposure, where a provider publishes one.
What it does not answer
- Employee take-home pay, income tax or net salary.
- Salary benchmarking or what a role should be paid.
- Talent availability or immigration suitability.
- Service quality, support scoring or procurement preference.
- Private contract terms or unpublished charges a provider has not disclosed.
- Which provider is universally best. EOR Lens does not publish that claim.
Your team
Context only. It does not change any cost, and it does not imply that an employer of record is required, or that an entity is available, anywhere on this page.
United States employer cost depends on the state. Select a state to compare it; a federal-only figure is not equivalent to a state result and is never substituted for one.
- Location
This jurisdiction is not in the published registry, so no verified result exists for it.
Before this team can be costed
- Choose a location for every row.

Take this away, or ask for help
The report contains exactly what this page shows, including every caveat. Downloading it sends nothing to anyone. A provider only hears from you if you ask for that below and tick the box naming the providers you chose.
Worked example: a seven-person team in four locations
- Germany: 2 hires, €85,000 base salary each
- Poland: 3 hires, PLN 240,000 base salary each
- Singapore: 1 hire, S$140,000 base salary
- New Jersey, United States: 1 hire, $130,000 base salary
- Reported in USD
- Germany · 2 hires · Complete team employer cost$236,035
- New Jersey (United States) · 1 hire · Known team employer-cost subtotal$141,189
- Poland · 3 hires · Complete team employer cost$239,458
- Singapore · 1 hire · Complete team employer cost$123,899
- This example team is 7 hires across 4 locations, reported in USD.
- Known team employer-cost subtotal: $740,580 a year in statutory employer cost, before any provider charge.
- 7 of 7 hires are included, and one placement contains a statutory cost that cannot be quantified. This figure is a known subtotal, not the complete team cost.
- 5 providers have verified coverage for every placement in this team. That is a count of verified coverage, not a judgement about provider quality.
- No full-team provider has complete verified pricing for every placement, so no lowest verified single-provider cost is stated. An unpublished charge is never treated as zero.
- Figures are calculated on 2026-01-01 using the exchange-rate snapshot of 2026-08-28.
Definitions used on this page
- International team cost
- International team cost is the total annual employer cost of several planned hires in different countries or US states, converted into one display currency on a single exchange-rate snapshot. It is what the employer pays, not what employees take home.
- Statutory employer cost
- Statutory employer cost is base pay plus the mandatory additional pay, employer contributions and statutory employer funds the law of each location requires. It excludes provider service charges, which are shown separately.
- Known subtotal
- A known subtotal is a team total that omits a real employer cost which has no published figure. The missing cost is named rather than estimated, and it is never treated as zero, so the true total is higher than the subtotal shown.
- Verified subtotal
- A verified subtotal is a provider-inclusive figure that includes every provider charge EOR Lens has verified, while at least one charge that provider levies is not published. It is a defensible comparison figure, not a guaranteed final invoice.
- Verified coverage
- Verified coverage means canonical published evidence confirms a provider employs staff in that jurisdiction. Where evidence is absent, coverage is recorded as not confirmed, and not-confirmed coverage is never counted as available.
