Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: June 22, 2026

EOR Lens is an independent comparison site for Employer of Record (EOR) providers. We participate in affiliate programs with several of the providers we list, which means we may earn a commission when you click certain links on this site and sign up for or purchase services. This does not change the price you pay.

Programs we participate in or have applied to

The following EOR providers operate affiliate or referral programs that we either participate in or have applied to. Where a relationship is not yet live, outbound links go to the provider's standard signup page and we earn nothing until the program is approved.

  • Deel
  • Remote.com
  • Oyster HR
  • Multiplier
  • Rippling EOR (referral)
  • Pebl, formerly Velocity Global (partner programme)
  • Papaya Global (partner programme)
  • Remofirst

How rankings work

Provider cards are ranked by lowest total monthly spend, computed from the salary you enter, the country's statutory employer contributions, the platform's monthly fee, FX spread, and amortised one-time fees. The ranking is arithmetic, we do not accept payment for placement, and a higher commission rate does not move a provider up the list. Full methodology lives on our Methodology page.

The "Lowest total cost" badge marks the cheapest provider in the current calculation and is recalculated on every input change. It is independent of commission.

Disclosures required by law

This disclosure is made in compliance with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the UK CMA's Online Choice Architecture guidance, and the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161.

Editorial independence

We choose which providers to include based on market coverage, pricing transparency, and country support, not commission rate. We will remove a provider from our recommendations if reliable evidence emerges that they mis-handle statutory contributions or worker classifications.
