EOR Lens is an independent comparison site for Employer of Record (EOR) providers. We help in-house people, finance, and founder teams estimate the fully-loaded cost of an international hire, including platform fees, statutory employer contributions, and amortised one-time fees, and compare those costs across the major EOR platforms. Provider-specific currency-conversion cost is stated separately and excluded from totals, because no EOR provider we track publishes a numeric exchange-rate markup.
How we make money
