Provider data updates
Are you an EOR provider listed on EOR Lens, or would you like your company to be considered for inclusion?
We welcome factual corrections, updated service information and supporting evidence from providers.
Provider submissions do not automatically change EOR Lens data. Information is reviewed against our evidence standards and, where appropriate, independently corroborated using first-party documentation, official registries, government or other authoritative sources.
You do not need to be a commercial partner to submit corrections or supporting evidence. Commercial relationships, sponsorships, affiliate arrangements and referrals do not lower the evidence standard or guarantee that a submitted claim will be accepted.
Providers may submit themselves for consideration. Inclusion is subject to EOR Lens's evidence, coverage and editorial criteria and is not guaranteed by payment or partnership status.
How we describe what we know

- Information supplied directly by the provider.
- Provider confirmed
- Information formally confirmed by the provider, where independent corroboration may not be available.
- Independently verified
- EOR Lens has corroborated the claim against qualifying evidence.
- Registry corroborated
- A legal entity or registration fact has been checked against an official registry or authority.
- Not published
- EOR Lens could not find qualifying public disclosure for the relevant fact.
- Unknown
- Available evidence is insufficient to reach a conclusion.
Commercial partnerships
EOR Lens is independent of EOR providers and is open to selected commercial partnerships with companies serving the global employment market.
Opportunities may include clearly labelled sponsorship, qualified employer introductions, affiliate or referral relationships, research and data collaboration, and other relevant partnerships.
Commercial relationships do not determine provider inclusion, rankings, Top Match results, statutory cost calculations or editorial conclusions.
Sponsorship means clearly identified commercial visibility around EOR Lens, not purchasing a ranking, recommendation or favourable evidence outcome.

Reporting a number that looks wrong
Employer contribution rates, thresholds and provider pricing change through the year, and we would rather hear about a stale figure than leave it up. If a rate on a country page does not match what your accountant or provider invoice says, tell us which country, which figure and what you believe the correct number is. The most useful reports include a link to the official source, for example the tax authority or social security institute, because that is what we check against before changing anything.
