What EOR Lens covers

EOR Lens does not currently research every jurisdiction or every Employer of Record provider. This page states exactly what we do cover today, and is equally explicit about what we do not yet claim.

We separately keep a reference list of 251 jurisdictions so we can tell you honestly when a market exists but has not been modelled here. That list is a record of what exists, not a claim about where hiring is possible, and nothing on it is priced, ranked or published as a page.

What absence means here

Not yet modelled means we have not completed the statutory research, the cost model and the provider checks a jurisdiction needs before we will publish figures for it. Absence from EOR Lens does not mean an Employer of Record service is unavailable there.

Not currently included means a company is outside our published provider research. It is not an assessment of that company, and it is not a rejection.

Researched but unresolved is different again. Where we have checked a provider in a market and the public sources did not establish the fact, we say so on that provider's profile rather than guessing. A fact we never checked is never reported as unknown.

We publish calculations and comparisons only where the required research and modelling gates have been completed. That is why the modelled list is deliberately shorter than the list of markets that exist.

How we research

Statutory employer costs come from official sources and are recorded with the date they were checked. Provider pricing and country coverage come from each provider's own published material, also dated. A provider only enters a jurisdiction's ranking when its coverage evidence qualifies it there.

Full detail sits in our methodology, the provider directory with the evidence we hold for each one, the country guides, and our affiliate disclosure. Commercial relationships can never change a ranking, a calculated cost or an evidence conclusion.
