Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. EOR Lens uses cookies and similar technologies (like localStorage) sparingly, and only loads analytics cookies after you opt in.

Strictly necessary

• eorlens.cookieConsent.v2 remembers your cookie choice so we don't show the banner again. Stored in localStorage, no expiry.

Analytics (optional, opt-in)

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-X9WZWF1EL7) to understand traffic and broad interaction patterns. GA4 may set the following first-party cookies on the eorlens.com domain:

• _ga distinguishes unique users. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_X9WZWF1EL7 persists session state. Expires after 2 years.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 with all signals denied by default. No GA cookies are set unless you accept analytics. We do not use advertising, ad personalization or cross-site tracking cookies.

Other Google requests on every page

Two things on our pages are fetched from Google whether or not you accept analytics: the site's web fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and the small provider logos, which come from Google's public favicon service (google.com/s2/favicons). Neither sets a cookie, and we send Google no information about you, but your browser does connect to Google to fetch them, so Google sees your IP address and browser details as it would for any image or font request.

Third-party (set when you click through to a provider)

When you click through to an EOR provider (Deel, Remote, Oyster, Multiplier, Rippling, Pebl, Remofirst), that provider may set cookies on their own domain. These cookies are controlled by the provider, not by us. Review each provider's privacy policy for details.

Where EOR Lens has an affiliate or referral relationship with a provider, marked links pass through a tracking destination run by that provider or its network, which may set its own cookie so a referral can be attributed. That cookie is set by the provider or network, not by EOR Lens, and we receive no personal data from it. Current relationships are listed on our Commercial Disclosure.
